Vertical software · Brazil, US and Paraguay Vertical software

We build the system your business runs on - one industry at a time.

ShiftCore builds and operates SaaS products for specific industries: accounting, construction, events, millwork, legal, condominiums, agriculture, education and field services. Every product comes out of the same platform engineering we offer as a service.

About us

Born in Brazil. Run from the United States.

ShiftCore started as a platform engineering team in Brazil. Today the company is based in the United States, with an operations arm in Paraguay, and the work is one and the same: building and operating software for specific industries on both sides of the continent.

Engineering at the root

Before any product, ShiftCore ran critical infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes for other companies. That foundation is what runs every SaaS in the portfolio today: multi-tenant, high availability, backups and privacy compliance by default.

One industry at a time

We don't build generic software. Each product comes from a real routine, with that industry's regulation inside the system and people who know the market working next to engineering.

Three countries, one team

Based in the United States, born in Brazil, operating in Paraguay. We work in Portuguese, English and Spanish, across all three markets' time zones.

Products

One system per industry. All in tune with each other.

Each product is a complete SaaS, on its own domain, operated by ShiftCore. Some are already live; others are in early access or beta.

Status and availability change as each product evolves.

How we build

Deep verticals, shared foundation.

We don't build generic software. We pick an industry, learn its routine and regulation, and build the system that business should have. The technical foundation is the same across every product.

One industry, the whole routine

Each product covers the full business cycle, from first contact to finance. No five tools stitched together with spreadsheets.

Regulation built in

eSocial, CNO, ITG 2005, LCDPR, SEFAZ, MP 2.200-2: Brazilian compliance lives inside the product, not in a paid module on the side.

Same base, same operations

Multi-tenant, end-to-end observability, continuous backups and LGPD by default. The infrastructure we recommend as consultants is the one running our own products.

AI where it pays

Assistants wired through MCP, automatic sketches from photos, pricing by criteria. AI applied to a real task, not a chatbot in the sidebar.

Platform engineering

The same engineering, as a service.

Before the products, ShiftCore was - and still is - a senior platform team on AWS and Kubernetes. For companies that need migration, internal platform or operations, we work as an extension of the team.

Migration & modernization

On-premise to cloud, cloud to cloud, monoliths decomposed.

  • 6R assessment and TCO
  • Multi-account landing zone in IaC
  • Rehearsed cutover with rollback

Kubernetes platform

Hardened clusters in code, multi-tenancy and governed cost.

  • EKS/AKS/GKE with Karpenter
  • Workload identity with no fixed credential
  • Signed supply chain

SRE, FinOps & operations

Observability, SLOs and cost falling under control.

  • OpenTelemetry and error budgets
  • Runbooks and GameDays
  • Right-sizing and per-team showback

AI in operations - LLM and GPU treated as platform workloads: capacity, cost per token, isolation and auditable deploys.
