Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ShiftCore LLC handles personal data collected through shiftcore.io.
Data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, role, email, topics of interest, urgency and your message, plus the browser user agent and submission timestamp.
- Abuse protection: we store only an irreversible hash of the IP address to rate-limit repeated submissions. The raw IP is not stored.
- Language preference: a first-party cookie (sc_lang) remembers the selected language. It is strictly necessary for the site to work.
How language is selected
The initial language comes from the country reported by the network infrastructure serving the site. No third-party geolocation service receives your data and no precise location is requested.
Purpose
Contact data is used solely to reply to your message and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties for advertising.
Sharing
Data is stored with infrastructure and email providers contracted by ShiftCore, acting as processors under our instructions only.
Retention
Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months. Anti-abuse counters are deleted automatically within 48 hours.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data at any time by writing to eng@shiftcore.io. We respond within 15 days.
Security
Access is restricted through database-level permissions, encrypted traffic and an audit log of administrative actions.
